Invisalign Express offers shorter treatment length, less tooth movement
Invisalign Express refers to a shorter treatment length compared to regular Invisalign. This is solely based on the number of aligners needed to achieve your goal of straightening your teeth.
Only your doctor can verify if you qualify for the express treatment, and it is based on the complexity of movements needed.
For our patients, all records are taken and our patients can see their final result on the computer imaging program before committing to treatment. This allows our patients to be part of the treatment process and will also answer the question regarding length of treatment.
Invisalign Express
Invisalign Express is a maximum of 10 trays in the system, which is a minimum of 20 weeks of treatment not including retainer treatment.
This is for cases that require little movement, mild crowding and mild to no rotation. It is a great system for rebound cases of people who had braces before.
Invisalign Express
Invisalign Express is treatment that can be completed within 5 months (10 aligners). Typically minor space closure or anterior tooth rotations can be corrected in this time frame. The cost to the dentist is less in an express case, which translates to a savings to the patient.
You need to be careful about attempting to move teeth too quickly to fit within this timeframe. Invisalign is very particular about which cases fit within the express parameters.
