Can I use SmartLipo, Vaser or CoolLipo with a Brazilian Butt lift?
I an really interested in the Brazillian Butt lift butt don't want to have actual lipoSUCTION. Can the transfer be done after one of the less invasive procedure (SmartLipo, Cool Lipo, Vaser) is performed?

Misconceptions regarding liposuction techniques
All liposuction techniques require moving a metal cannula under the skin with vacuum aspiration. At a minimum, this is called Traditional Liposuction. All of the other techniques you mentioned add the delivery of some type of energy below the skin surface (ultrasound - VASER or light SmartLipo & CoolLipo). Since these have something "more" added than traditional liposuction, they are actually more invasive. It is a marketing ruse that they are considered less invasive. As these techniques damage the fat cells (lasers burn the fat, ultrasound breaks the cells open), they cannot be used for harvesting fat that you plan to transfer to another location. If you did try to do this, you would be injecting oil that will certainly get resorbed.
Brazilian Butt Lifts go great with SmartLipo (like hot fudge on vanilla ice cream)!
Mmmmm.
For optimal contouring, one often wants to remove fat in "bad" places and add it where it is an "asset". Whenever we perform a Brazilian Butt Lift, we always perform it with SmartLipo.
The fat must be harvested via traditional low-suction techniques, but we follow the harvesting with SmartLipo, then final sculpting using power-assisted liposuction.
Once we have completed all of the SmartLipo and aspiration where we don't want the fat, we perform the fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift).
I have found this to be the most consistent way to have satisfied clients. Perspective and great contours are everything!
(Of course one can always argue the point that SmartLipo, CoolLipo, Vaser or any other pre-aspiration device, for that matter, is just as invasive as traditional liposuction [if done appropriately and aspiration is used]. The answer to the question is the same: they can all be performed with a Brazilian Butt Lift. The "invasiveness" question is probably covered in detail in other forums.)
Laser Butt Lift?
The branded procedures such as SmartLipo, CoolLipo, and Vaser are modifications of actual liposuction. They are not less invasive, though this is a common misconception. A laser or ultrasound device is used beneath the skin to melt fat prior to suction. Many physicians do attest that fat removal is easier after it is melted.
It may not be advisable to use a laser or ultrasound on fat that is to be transferred, as it will damage the fat cells and decrease their survivability - meaning that the fat could die before it is placed into another area such as the buttocks. Similarly, melting fat in the area where fat is to be transferred may also damage surrounding fat cells and microvasculature (tiny blood vessels), decreasing the chance that the transferred fat will survive in the new location.
There are currently no studies that examine fat transfer peformed in conjunction with fat-melting procedures, but it makes intuitive sense that these procedures could work against one another.
