I Really wanted to get this treatment. I mean really! I had read great things about it. I learned my PS who I completely trust doesn't do it. But, I kept looking. The thing that struck me as unusual was that the overwhelming majority of physicians peforming this aesthetic plastic surgery procedure are not plastic surgeons.

Let's face it, why wouldn't more board certified plastic surgeons be performing this procedure if there was real proof that it worked as was safe.

I'm glad I couldn't find anyone I trusted to perform this treatment. Otherwise I might be writing a review about being disfigured.

Please do not waste your money on lipodisolve. Not only is it very very painful with pain lasting for days it adds fat. I had 12 weeks plus treatment in my stomach my stomach was just fat before now it is fat and lumpy with fat or something that was pumped in me. I was rubbed down with something that was suppose to numb the pain it did not work. So I will be paying off this debt for two years and I am fat and lumpy now. Please stay away from this painful expensive dangerous scam.

I continue to read reviews and summaries about lipodissolve that have been written by Allure and Realself.com that are interesting but just are not true. Lipodissolve MD's that are certified and trained are taught very precise techniques and do not use their own "cocktails." Lipodissolve is a fixed formula compounded by one pharmacy. The complaints that are being lodged are mainly due to poorly run organizations and untrained MD's. The fact remains more morbidity and mortality has come from liposuction and surgical procedures than by lipodissolve. Is lipodissolve "worth it" yes it is! It provides an alternative to surgical procedures. No one has ever died from Lipodissolve!! Thank you for your time.

I am going to my first appointment wednesday april 16 and my husband doesnt know, but he will if it makes you swell very bad, i am scared from everyones comments. Have anyone worked with this spa or laserperfect they are the ones i used to purchased the package with i am a massage therapist and i have seen it done because i use to work at a spa that did it but i just was wondering any bad news on these people please let me know thankyou.

I would not take the board certified plastic surgeons aren't doing it as proof that it does or doesn't work. The bottom line is that if they started doing it, their liposuction business would suffer as people would have more reason to go to someone else.

Unfortunately, many of the statements made by medical governing bodies are for capital preservation with little regard for anything else (but always clothed in gorgeous robes).

I firmly believe that SmartLipo followed by power-assisted liposuction is the best way to sculpt problem areas - NO QUESTION! However, I have not experienced ANY horror stories from mesotherapy or lipodissolve (I just don't think it works nearly as well as the "real deal".)

Lipodissolve-NOT worth it. I'm proof. And yes a board certified plastic surgeon administered all 3 treatments. Watch the July 16th Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, the segment on the 5 worst cosmetic procedures. Dr. Richard D'Amico President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons was on the show along with myself, and Paige Tate. See what Dr. D'Amico has to say about the procedure. If you need the link email me and I will send it to you.
